ROLE: Team Leader/ Account Manager


LOCATION: Aldershot


SALARY: £23,000pa


WORKING HOURS: Mon-Fri 8.30 - 17.30

We want to hear from you if you…



  • Have experience managing a team

  • Experienced doing one to ones and handling personal issues of staff

  • Have dealt previously with distributors complaints and resolution

  • Have experience managing client accounts and liaising with /up-selling to new customers

  • Have handled the responsibility of orders from quote to delivery

  • Are experienced liaising with various departments of a business to meet distributor needs

  • Are service focused and have exceptional interpersonal and phone skills

  • Are committed and have a strong work ethic



  • Have a positive mindset to stay on top of a busy workload



On a daily basis you will be:



  • Responsible for the day to day operation of your team of Customer Service Administrators, their output, performance and welfare

  • Have experience preparing for and attending Quality Control meetings

  • Providing guidance to your team ensuring all team members work is up to date

  • Up-selling across the brands under the group to your customers

  • The face of the account, attending meetings with customers and trade show events

  • Multitasking between the 3 different brands under the umbrella company

  • Prepping reports for sales meetings between the head of sales and board
