💼 As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will:


Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team in accordance with agreed service levels ✅
Implement and maintain quality controls to ensure the team's work meets or exceeds expectations ✅
Provide relevant training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge ✅
Monitor and assess team performance and behavioural competencies on a regular basis ✅
Develop training and development plans to help team members achieve their objectives ✅
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently ✅

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Team Leader, ideally within a financial services environment 💼
A Level 3 award in Financial Administration or a willingness to undertake the qualification 📚
Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders ✍️
Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling work to meet business objectives 📊
A natural motivator and coach with a passion for developing team members 🙌
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines 📆
Outstanding interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues 💬
The ability to identify and assess risks in a customer service environment 🕵️
