Salary: up to £30k



Location: East London



Hours: 9-5:00pm Monday - Friday

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive with experience in implementing processes and systems.



You will be providing 1st class customer care and help to the companies' customers via email and phone enquiries as well as being responsible to lead and grow the team.



Duties of the role:



  • Co-ordinate, lead and nurture the customer service team

  • Provide direct day-to-day customer support across all relevant channels

  • Create weekly reports for the eCommerce team

  • Review and resolve escalation issues

  • Launch a new CRM system

  • Build and manage policies

  • Build and own the rewards and loyalty scheme

  • Lead process improvement

  • Train and hire new customer service team members

  • Identify and report service KPIs to the wider business

  • Maintain and develop online contact channels

  • Protect high customer feedback scores



Requirements for the role:



  • Previous experience within a Customer Service position

  • Online Customer Service experience is beneficial

  • Experience using a CRM system

  • Experience implementing processes and systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Team leadership skills

  • Experience using Shopify is beneficial
