JOB TITLE: Customer Service Support - Training Supplies Provider!


SALARY: Up to £20,000


LOCATION: Bradford, BD3 - Free Car Parking!


HOURS: 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with 45 mins lunch

Your new role: Working in a friendly team of 9, you will be liaising with customers where you'll be first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries.


On a day-to-day basis, you'll use your natural warmth, energy and personality to help customers - your excellent listening and questioning skills will allow you to quickly establish the reason the customer is getting in touch with us. Your drive to provide that great customer experience will mean you'll take ownership of each enquiry through to resolution.


Queries will reach you by phone, email and even post. You could be helping a customer place an order - which is likely to include taking a payment. Or you might be helping a customer with delivery arrangements for their recent purchase. They might even need to return something to us - you'll be there to make that process easy and straight forward for them.


To be successful in this role you will have:


� Excellent customer service skills


� Competency of MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel


� Ability to build strong relationships


� Strong attention to details skills
