JOB TITLE: Customer Service Specialist

JOB TYPE: Permanent

SALARY: £25,000

LOCATION: North London - Mix of WFH & Office based

REPORTS TO: The head of customer service

Duties and goals:

The role will involve supporting a busy team with all aspects of customer care, from dealing with customer queries regarding products and orders, to managing their customer feedback online!

  • Answering customer calls to deal with queries, product information, delivery information and general questions

  • Working closely with Zendesk and other platforms

  • Processing customer returns, ensuring all customers who return their items receive replacements or refunds in a timely manner

  • Responding to customer messages from eBay & Amazon

  • Communicating with customers to ensure we receive positive feedback on our e-commerce channels

  • Quality Control / Product testing to identify products with potential issues

  • Processing claims with our delivery couriers for missing customer deliveries

  • General office support to ensure customer orders are received and processed smoothly

About you:

  • Ability to be clear and concise with communication (oral and written)

  • Bubbly personality, real team player

  • Driven & self-motivated, a strong planner and well organised

  • Ability to multitask, and work at pace

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work both independently and within a busy team

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office

  • Experienced in using CRM platforms

  • Exposure in working within Ecommerce or the Beauty Industry - Desirable

  • Exposure to Zendesk, Freshdesk, Shopify or Magento - Desirable

  • As this is a growing company if you are Bilingual / have intermediate language skills in German, Spanish or French this is desirable!!!
