Customer Service Specialist


Office angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Camberley

Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Camberley

Pay rate: £9.41p/h

Days required: Monday - Friday 8:30am- 5pm

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 - 6 months temporary position with the intention to go permanent

Duties may include but are not limited to:

� Speaking to customers over the phone and taking orders

� Entering stock onto their CRM systems

� Meeting and greeting customers who come into the store

� Making sure the store is fully stocked at all times

� Participating in stock check - monthly

The ideal candidate will have:

� Strong telephone manner

� Good IT knowledge

� Able to adapt to changes within in the company

� Previous customer service experience
