Service Desk Analyst , working to coordinate the allocation of repair and faults to the operative team ,

  • Liaise with customers and engineer to schedule appointments

  • Process documents ensuring all correspondence is dealt with accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner

  • Analytical approach to managing internal and external queries

  • Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment

  • Be a decisive and creative thinker with the ability to think outside the norm

  • Assist colleagues and management with additional tasks as and when required
