Role: Senior Sales Support


Location:             Birkenshaw


Salary:                 up to £23,000 per annum with bonus potential of up to £6,000 per annum


Hours:                  Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm


Start date:          ASAP

Are you looking to join a vibrant and dynamic company which for the last 5 years has been going from strength to strength?  Our Birkenshaw client is looking for someone who can jump in and get involved with this bubbly and down to earth team supporting the Business Development Managers. So, if you are looking for a new challenge which will be varied and busy this will be for you! 




  • Liaise and assist the wider Customer Solutions Team and other departments in order to meet all Service Level Agreements

  • Compile and distribute all SLA reports to clients, incorporating their specific requirements and details as required

  • Work in conjunction with the Business Development Manager and Strategic Business Manager assisting the successful completion of tender product and pricing documents for clients

  • Support Customer Solutions Advisors to resolve any order queries



  • Support the Customer Solutions Team and other business departments to proactively resolve any unexpected or foreseen issues which may result in negative impact on the customer experience such as stocking levels, delayed deliveries, damaged goods etc

  • Support the Business Development Manager with their daily administration of price list updates, proactively suggesting product alternatives and solutions for customers where relevant and agreed

  • Ensure all live enquiries (telephone and email) are followed up in a timely, professional manner

  • Follow up potential business opportunities and quotes for feedback and updates

  • Ad hoc admin duties to support the team



Experience



  • Experience of Customer Solutions / Support Experience

  • Working in a similar environment with extensive telephone/email contact with customers

  • Have well-structured and priority driven working methodology



  • Experience using Microsoft excel and word

  • Desire to continually improve personal and business performance

  • Ability to communicate well with varying levels of staff

  • Excellent telephone manner
