Sales Support Administrator £21,000



We are working in partnership with a company who are a global recognised leader within the Industrial Cleaning Industry with multiple impressive awards under their belt. A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Sales Support Administrator to join the vibrant team. This role is primarily responsible for providing effective Customer Service for internal and external customers by utilising excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs - for which full, comprehensive training will be provided.

Your role will include…



Managing Sales and Marketing enquiries over the telephone and forwarding information to appropriate Sales Team, having recorded the details of the enquiry into the CRM system.




  • Management of the demonstrations diary for the Sales Teams via outlook

  • Maintain and produce sales reports and asset lists

  • Recording sales leads generated by Service Team.

  • Maintain marketing, pricing and quoting files on behalf of Certified Partners

  • Processing all Certified Partners Orders for equipment and machinery

  • Single point of contact for all Certified Partner including organising ad hoc events



The experience and skills required for this role…



  • Excel skills are essential

  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages

  • Excellent customer service/administration skills

  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines in a pressured environment

  • Internal database/CRM management

  • Great interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner

  • Team player

  • Attention to detail, organised & methodical
