Customer Service Representative
£20,000 - £23,000 per annum

We are partnering with a leading distribution organisation within the Health and Beauty sector. This is a brand new role for someone who is customer service savvy, dynamic and a strong team player.
You will be confident, IT proficient as well as able to manage internal and external customers. This role would suit someone who enjoys building rapport as well as supporting their team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with internal departments
* Inbound and outbound communication dealing with customer enquiries, discrepancies and issues
* Manage shared inbox throughout the day
* Respond to new account enquiries and customer credit checks
* Dealing with major accounts, online retailers and wholesalers
* Manage customer expectations
* Processing delivery notes, submitting Advance Shipping Notices to customers
* Book in any deliveries to customers
* Liaise with customers in respect to failed deliveries, stock issues and price discrepancies
* Resolve customer complaints
* Support export customers
* Manage new line forms for new products
* Update orders and promotions each quarter

Required Experience

* Microsoft Office proficiency
* CRM system savvy (NAV and Open WMS desirable)
* Experience within a product and customer focused environment
* Broad customer service and administration experience
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Self motivated and pro active attitude

* Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
