Position: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
You will be following up customer enquiries on a daily basis via the telephone. You will make approximately 120 contacts per day, you should be a natural people person and enjoy building a rapport. You do not need previous phone experience, just an outgoing, bubbly nature.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and CRM systems effectively.
