JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative


LOCATION: Newton Abbot (with ample parking)


SALARY: £22, 880 per annum + bonus scheme worth between £500-£2000.


HOURS: 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 4.45pm


BENEFITS: Generous bonus scheme and holidays package, free parking, friendly & inclusive team


LENGTH: Permanent after a 12 week temporary probation period



THE COMPANY: This is a local, family run company which was founded by a husband and wife team over 25 years ago. They manufacture all of their own products on site and are rated 5* on Trustpilot. This is an inclusive and welcoming company who are looking for the right person to join their office team as soon as possible.


THE ROLE: Ensuring customers have a great start to finish experience will be your forte! You will be the first point of contact for customers and therefore the face of this reputable company. You will take and process orders and will respond to all customer enquiries. You will also be the office admin guru, taking on all admin related tasks within the office.



DUTIES:



  • Answering telephones and responding to emails

  • Taking and processing new orders and proving quotations

  • Dealing with customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner

  • Providing information about the products and services available

  • General office admin

  • Demonstrate strong customer service and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied

  • Use Sage to process orders and update customer details where necessary



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



  • Excellent communicator

  • Superb at building rapport with customers

  • Brilliant time management

  • Experience with Microsoft office

  • Experience with sage is advantageous but not essential
