JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

LOCATION: Central Brighton/Working from Home

HOURS: Attractive shift patterns between the hours of 09:00 - 19:00, Monday - Friday. There is also the requirement to work 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00, with the time taken back off during the week.

SALARY: £18,600 + bonus, with an automatic salary uplift to £19,250 after you pass your probationary period

Due to lots of exciting growth within the company, we're teaming up with the Hiring Manager to recruit Customer Service Representatives to join the expanding team.

Office experience isn't necessary, as full training will be provided, so this is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about customer service and looking to progress into an office environment.

About you:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills, any industry backgrounds considered, including hospitality and retail

  • Passionate about helping people and delivering great service

  • Personable with excellent communication skills

  • Helpful, proactive, can-do attitude

  • Able to work well individually and as part of a team

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding accurately to customer queries

  • Providing the admin team with clear and correct information to process customer requests

  • Keep up to date with any changes to products, processes and procedures, to ensure the customer is given the correct and relevant information

  • Work with various computer systems and take inbound calls

Recruitment is taking place virtually right now. You will be required to come into their COVID secure office for 4 weeks as part of your training, where you will learn more about the organisation, products and processes. You will then likely work from home with a view to then have a mix of flexible home and office working.

The start date for this position is Monday 20th September 2021. This is initially a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the strong possibility of the contract being extended or being made permanent.
