We are recruiting on behalf of our award winning client who are expanding their customer services team based in Addlestone,. They pride themselves on offering quality services to their clients, with exceptional performance ratings and have a strong reputation in their field. They are looking for candidates who pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service, whether this is from working in retail or in an office based environment.

Your responsibilities.
* You will respond to customer queries that come in as calls, emails, live chat and through the post
* Ensuring you provide excellent customer service - you will provide information, guide through payment plans and handle appeals and complaints.
* You will be required to effectively handle customer queries within the timelines set out by the business
* Managing complaints effectively and escalating where necessary
* Working to daily targets / KPIs

About you:
* You will have worked in a customer service position previously, whether in an office or retail/hospitality
* Confident, with clear communication skills and an aptitude for learning and retaining information
* You are keen to work in a supportive close-knit team
