More detail on this role - As a customer service coordinator you will be responsible for;



  • Supporting the activity of the customer service department

  • Dealing with and responding to customers and engineers

  • Provide comprehensive support and customer care service

  • Processing orders

  • Generating quotes

  • Invoicing


To be successful in this role you'll be/have -



  • Strong customer service experience

  • Experience of delivering a high level of customer care

  • Worked in a customer service team or similar environment

  • Worked in a highly organised environment with strong administrative experience

  • Invoicing experience

  • Complaint Handling
