Customer Service Person

We are recruiting for this role during this challenging time however our client is able to adhere to all policies related to Covid 19 to ensure the well-being of all their employees

I work remotely so if you have any questions please email me on and a telephone number and I will call you

I am recruiting for an extovert Customer Service Person to work full time hours Monday to Friday which can include working from home along with flexible start and finish times based in the City Centre, they would like you in on a Wednesday as that's the team meeting day

We are not looking for the average Customer Service Person we want an extrovert who will jump on a desk and show us how to do the best Irish Jig while challenging a colleague to a game of shuffleboard, we want someone who doesn't want a structured day who likes to have the autonomy to train and manage themselves, you will work in an incredibly relaxed working environment and this client is completely different to any other company you will have worked for previously, you will be given a voice and actually listened too, they pride themselves by offering a culture that means you have complete autonomy and manage your own working day which includes uncapped holidays as a work life balance is incredibly important

As the Customer Service Person your duties are listed below

Be Thoughtful: We don't have scripts, and we don't like 'standard 'answers. You will need to listen (well read actually) what the customer is saying and work out what they need to know, and how to say it simply.

Be Smart: Our customer experience is paramount, so we want someone to champion it. Every visitor to our site is a promotor or a detractor, irrespective of whether they buy. We need you to move people up the Happiness scale to be promotors wherever possible.

Be Witty: Our brand is not about conforming, and we definitely don't take a defensive tone. We are comfortable in our skin and you need to respond to customers in that vein, always on the front foot, and a gift for great one-liners would be helpful.

What do you need to have to do the job?

Some Experience for customer services would be an advantage but not essential, the right attitude is more important. The ability to work autonomously, (you can work from home on occasion) and real commitment to our customers, along with a way with the written word.

To be successful in this role of Customer Service Person we are looking for the following experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills with an eye for detail and the ability to interact well with others.

Excellent multi-tasker and time management skills.

Can demonstrate passion about something and the ability to influence other people to feel strongly about it too.

Enthusiastic & knowledgeable (or at least have a willingness to learn about life insurance!)

Outgoing and very comfortable interacting with other human beings.

Self-sufficient, pro-active and are at their best when given responsibility to just get on with stuff.

Belief in failing fast, trying lots of things out, and taking quick action when you learn what works and what doesn't

Are keen to do more, even if it's technically not your job.

Once successful in the role of Customer Service Person you will not only work for a very unique company with a superb plan for growth with an insane benefits package, including state of the art equipment, brand new offices, wine and beer fridge, share options, free snacks, uncapped holidays, team building events, additional training that you choose and no dress code or Management
