Customer Service / Order Entry Administrator

  • Receiving orders via all mediums

  • Processing and distribution of orders as required

  • Stock control, ordering and managing stock levels.

  • Providing telephone customer service/support

  • Communicating with customers on products and orders

  • Communicating with business managers on various issues such as orders, stock, customer requirements, product information etc. Invoicing of shipments

  • Remittance

  • Back-office functions such as completing tenders, completion of forms for customers etc.

  • Working with the country manager to ensure sufficient support is provided for the business managers

Excel & Outlook are used in the business, so experience and confidence using these, along with good communications skills will regarded as essential. If successful, you can expect to be provided all the training you need to flourish and grow in this role.
