Customer Service Officer - Housing - WFH

We are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Officer to sit within a housing team, assisting tenants with queries related to their property. The day to day role will include:



  • Supporting the Housing Team with Customer Service calls

  • Speaking with tenants, Housing Officers and other Council professionals

  • Logging client data on the Council system

  • Other Administration as required


This is a temporary position expected to last 10 weeks. The role will be based working from home and the successful candidate will be set up with a laptop and telephone for this.
