Customer Service Manager

Office Angels are currently working with an inspirational design led company based in South Lanarkshire who manufacture a range of bespoke products. Due to ever increasing sales demand we are helping them recruit an experienced Customer Care Manager. The role will be based on site and will be a customer facing position. The customer experience is our client's top priority and they are looking to recruit someone who can demonstrate a successful career in a similar role.

The working week is 37.5 hours Monday to Friday and due to the client location having your own transport is advantageous.

About the role:-

  • Processing orders

  • Sifting customer correspondence and responding quickly to enquiries

  • Dealing with inbound telephone enquiries regarding stock availability

  • Email inbox management

  • Fulfilment of customer needs to ensure that the customer leaves the showroom satisfied in every way

  • Resolving queries and complaints

  • Becoming familiar and knowledgeable about the products offered by the company

  • Going the extra mile to promote a positive outcome

  • Administration support with order processing, delivery arrangements and finalising payments on completion of orders

  • Diary management

  • Compiling a weekly sales report for the Commercial Manager

About you:-

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service experience

  • Sales focus with an ability to problem solve

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer literate - MS Office (particularly Excel)
