Office Angels are partnering with our client to recruit for a Customer Service Manager. Supplying 60 stores across the UK and Ireland, they are a well-known name in the industry and provide a leading service to customers and brands.


The successful candidate will be an experienced Customer Service Manager looking to join a friendly team based out of in Burgess Hill which is the central hub of the business.


Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing communications between the Company and its customers, ensuring expectations are being met and all enquiries are responded to promptly and effectively.


About your day-to-day responsibilities:



  • Management of Customer Services Team and their processes

  • Being a point of contact and support for the team

  • Regular analysis and reporting of KPI's

  • Investigating and resolving till/payment inconsistencies

  • Administering order processing workflows and payments

  • Liaising with Logistics Manager to ensure service level agreements are being met

  • Supporting Ecommerce in relation to customer experience and competitor analysis

  • Investigating delivery issues

  • Providing customer service via all channels as and when needed



About you:



  • Experience in Customer Service - ideally 3+ years

  • Experience of managing people

  • Complaint resolution

  • A good attention to detail and experience within administration

  • Organisation & Communication skills

  • Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel etc
