Customer Services Executive - Canada Water

Professional, successful and expanding private healthcare business based near Canada Water is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Executive to join their team immediately!

You will be responsible for providing customer support via all existing channels including telephone, email, internet and face to face.

Key Duties:

Key responsibilities:

� Act as first point of contact across every access channel for dealing with all appointment and customer support enquiries

� Support customers in the use of the online appointments system by providing step by step guidance and booking appointments in real time with the customer

� Accurately and fully process customer appointment requests received via email or telephone and to positively promote alternative access channels

� Escalate customer complaints efficiently and effectively where the customer remains dissatisfied and no resolution achieved

� Support the Commercial Team by obtaining customer feedback, capturing data and promoting any marketing initiatives.

� Record and maintain all customer data appropriately in line with current data protection legislation

� Process customer payments accurately in line with company guidelines

All about you:

  • Previous office based/call centre customer service experience

  • Excellent communications skills - email writing skills

  • Experience working on a CRM system

  • Be immediately available or on short notice

  • Be within a reasonable commute from Canada Water
