COMPANY - True experts in their field, this company sell and service some excellent brands to clients nationwide. Some of which are sold exclusively by them due to their outstanding service and delivery. TEAM - Working with an experienced and well established team you will be joining people who are passionate about the part they play within the business and contribute to a successful and service driven department. They approach problem solving together, helping each other out with ideas and resolutions. The team are led by a manager who puts team work at top of his agenda, ensuring everyone understands the part they all play and can cover each other when required.



ROLE - Supporting the regional sales team you will be liaising with customers on a daily basis, processing a variety of orders and passing and tracking leads to the Sales Managers.


Taking ownership of all orders which could vary from a single unit for one customer through to delivering products to multiple sites nationwide.


Communicating with customers effectively to ensure they are kept up to date and informed is essential and ensures the excellent customer experience they are proud of.


Excellent attention to detail is required as you will be passing all orders to a busy warehouse team, checking stock is available and managing any forward orders.


Working on Sage CRM so although not essential, experience in this would be an advantage.



YOU - Working in a team must be very important to the way you work. Taking pride in what you do, how you communicate with colleagues and the work you produce is also essential in this role. Experience in a similar role would be preferred, this may be sales administration, order processing, sales support, customer service or administration.
