The Helpdesk Administrators play a crucial role in the business as you are liaising with valued customers and clients.


You will be working in a busy, small and friendly team.


Liaising with sites and clients via phone and emails.


You need to have an accurate and keen eye for detail.


Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook


Enjoy problem solving.


Confident on the telephone.


Ability to write professional emails.


Likes working in a close and supportive team environment.
