Hours: 4 days on 4 days off over 7 days, Shifts from 8am-8pm


Salary: £25,000


Benefits: 25 days holiday


We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Care and Complaints Executive for our client based on Birmingham Business Park. Supporting the main Customer Hub you will provide first class customer service to clients throughout their customer journey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and become an integral part of the team with plenty of opportunity for progression.


Duties and Tasks:



  • First point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of professionalism at all times

  • Responding to customer after sales queries, delivery queries & product related questions

  • Maintain customer database during and after calls

  • Support customer journey to ensure the highest level of customer service



The successful Candidate will posses the following skills:



  • Experience of providing first class customer service

  • Ability to work with confidential data

  • Excellent communicator

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent IT Skills
