Key Responsibilities

  • Communicates with team members to process and manage customer applications

  • Manages correspondence from internal and external customers by answering emails and telephone calls

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within certain time limits

  • Assists in planning the workload of the dept. for the day and completes, drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents

  • Maintains accurate up to date records on the company CRM

  • Photocopies, scans and files appropriate documents as needed

  • Interacts closely with the Customer Service team

Candidate Experience/Requirements

  • Prior Office Experience essential

  • Ability to handle a large amount of inbound calls and emails

  • Strong Attention to Detail

  • Ability to Work Without Supervision

  • Excellent Time Management Skills

  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills

  • Technical Skills, Including Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs

  • Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills

  • Ability to Handle Confidential Information

  • Strong Record Keeping Skills

  • Ability to Multitask
