  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 4.30PM, Monday - Friday

The role:


The top priority in this role is to nurture and support existing customers! The job requires a person who is passionate about customer service and developing relationships.


Duties / Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to existing customers

  • Provide online support and training to customers on the company product

  • Offer telephone and email support

  • Booking appointments

  • Hosting webinars

  • Maintain accurate records on our Customer Relationship Management System

  • Contribute to training and support materials development

  • General administration tasks


Essential Abilities:



  • Ability to be adaptable in order to meet the demands of this developing role.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficient in using Teams/Zoom to hold meetings (similar platforms)

  • Excellent ICT skills - Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint

  • GCSE Grade C or higher in Maths and English.

  • A DBS check will be required for this role.
