Role: Customer Service Executive


Location: City of London!


Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm with an hour for lunch *plus an additional hour for wellness per week*


Industry: Fin Tech


Start Date: ASAP - Must be available immediately!


Duration: Ongoing - with the potential for the right candidate to go perm


Salary: £13.23 per hour!

Requirements:



  • Proficient with all MS Systems, including Excel, Outlook and Word

  • Must be driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team

  • Proficient at multitasking with strong time management skills

  • Transparent communication with customers - both good and bad

  • Adaptable and looking for ways to improve business where possible

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced pressured environment

  • Must have a can-do enthusiastic work ethic, be forward thinking and switched on
