Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for our client based in Camberley.

Role: Customer Service Executive

Location: Camberley

Salary: Up to £22k DOE

The Role:

  • Manage incoming emails and telephone calls

  • Provide information on the products and services

  • Resolve any problems the customer might face

  • Identify and understand customer's needs

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

  • Meet personal and team targets

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Maintain CRM system

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer service-based role is advantageous

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

  • Good team player

  • Remain calm and professional under all circumstances
