Customer Service Executive - 6M FTC


37.5 hours per week working 1 weekend in every 3.


Shift Pattern: 7am - 3:30pm / 9am - 5:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm.


£10.95ph


Haydock - due to the location being a driver is essential


Office Angels are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for our client based in Haydock due to growth.


Duties will include but are not limited to:



  • Monitoring all orders to the point of delivery reporting all required information to the customers

  • Initial point of contact for customer service queries received by telephone and email

  • Recording all required information correctly on the CRM system

  • Taking full ownership of queries from start to finish

  • Investigate and resolve customer service queries, such as late deliveries, damaged deliveries and delivery ETA's

  • Liaise with the Warehouse & Transport teams

  • Ensure customers are kept up to date throughout the process of order to delivery

  • Proactively manage all open incidents ensuring that they are closed as quickly as possible in line with SLA's

  • Support the Team Leader and Internal Key Account Manager

  • Process order upgrade requests

  • Log all complaints and forward to relevant departments


We are looking for someone who worked in a fast paced customer service team and has excellent customer service skills.
