Customer Service & Operations executive | based in a creative hub in East London.

This role will be to start ASAP and will be a 6 month contract with the possibility of a longer term position.



6 month contract | £21kpa | 4 days on and 3 days off shift pattern Mon - Fri | Cambridge Heath location

Role responsibilites:



  • Responding customers via chat, telephone and email - resolving their questions, problems or concerns

  • Act as liaison between our customers and different sites

  • Using internal systems to log customer interactions

  • Escalating any issues to IT if necessary

  • Organising schedules and operational tasks for the team

  • Provide excellent customer service for all customers

  • Suggesting improvements and giving feedback to Senior team members

  • Work with other departments on a daily basis


Candidate:



  • Excellent customer service skills and experience (written and verbal)

  • Knowlegde of IT systems and tech is an advantage

  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
