Customer Service Executive - 12 month FTC


Office Angels are teaming up with a well established manufacturing and distribution business in their search for a Customer Service and Administration professional.

Job: Customer Service Executive (with PA duties)

Type: FTC to cover Maternity Leave

Company: Produces and distributes life changing products

Hours: 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Havant area

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)


  • Working as part of a small team of administrators who ensure the smooth running of client accounts

  • Managing orders. You will be the direct contact for the sales reps and expected to fulfil all orders

  • Customer Service - dealing with enquiries, orders and deliveries, discrepancies, generally providing excellent customer service!

  • Personal Assistance - for 2 sales representatives. Diary management, minute taking, paperwork, and general administrative support


  • Ability to work well as part of a small team

  • Strong sense of responsibility as you will need to be truly trusted to deliver tasks!

  • Excellent understanding of the sales order process

  • Genuinely customer focused

  • Experience in a Senior Administration role
