Customer Service / Events Manager -PART TIME & FLEXIBLE WORKING


Working with a leading provider of Training programmes, you will be a key member of a tight-knit team with a great can-do attitude. JOB ROLE: Customer Service & Events Manager


JOB TYPE: Part Time 12 month Fixed Term Contract


HOURS: Monday - Friday 09.30am - 2.30pm (22.5 hours)


SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 (Pro rata £15,000-£18,000) PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS


LOCATION: Nearest Tube: Oval


CULTURE: Professional, busy and friendly



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Organising venues for training sessions

  • Contacting Trainers to coordinate sessions

  • Liaising with Trainees to coordinate bookings

  • Answering queries by telephone and email

  • Organising follow up feedback with trainees



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Understanding of business relationships with clients

  • Degree educated*

  • Experience of coordinating meetings/events

  • Experience invoicing

  • Excellent Customer Service
