JOB ROLE: Customer Service & Events Manager


JOB TYPE: Full time. Flexible working. MATERNITY COVER


HOURS: Monday - Friday 09.00am - 5.30pm


SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 (PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS)


LOCATION: Nearest Tube: Oval


CULTURE: Professional, busy and friendly



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Organising venues for training sessions

  • Contacting Trainers to coordinate sessions

  • Liaising with Trainees to coordinate bookings

  • Answering queries by telephone and email

  • Organising follow up feedback with trainees



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Understanding of business relationships with clients

  • Degree educated*

  • Experience of coordinating meetings/events

  • Experience invoicing

  • Excellent Customer Service
