£23,000 + bonus

Do you have excellent relationships building skills? Would you like to work for a growing company in a newly created role? Would you like to work for a leader in the IT industry with excellent prospects and future opportunities?

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who can manage existing accounts as well as deal with all incoming queries across all departments.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with email, phone and online queries

  • Pass on relevant queries to 2nd and 3rd line support

  • Manage up to 50 existing customers

  • Proactively contact customers

  • Build up an understanding of products and services

  • Work closely with other members of the team

  • Keep systems up to date

Technical experience is not essential but you will be speaking to clients and advising them on IT solutions so an ability to pick up terminology quickly is essential in order to establish credibility with clients. An interest in the IT sector would be an advantage.

Excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to manage and grow accounts is essential.

Salary: £23,000 + bonus
