Based in Sheffield, S1


We are recruiting for various shift patterns due to team expansion as follows (non negotiable) -

7am-130pm Monday, 7am-3pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

7am-130pm Monday, 7am-3pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday

330pm - 10pm Monday, 2pm-10pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

2pm-10pm Monday and Tuesday, 330pm-10pm Thursday, 2pm-10pm Friday and Saturday

This company is offering a competitive package along with FREE travel on various public transport lines. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of fantastic customer service via multiple channels and ensure the highest service is being provided. This role will suit you if you are passionate about customer service.

Duties will include:

  • Providing customer service on enquiries or complaints via email, phone, letter and social media

  • Adhering to company policies on complaints and acting accordingly

  • Referring issues to senior team members when needed

  • Update the customer database with accurate information

Previous experience:

  • Having worked in customer service and delivered an excellent service

  • Good computer skills including typing skills

  • Excellent communication skills
