Office Angels London Bridge are working alongside a High-End Men's Fashion Brand in the recruitment process for three full-time Customer Service Representatives.


The successful candidates will support the team with the delivery of specific projects between the UK and European Countries. Your work will vary between online customer enquiries and also telephone calls.

Hourly rate: £9.71 - During Probation increasing to £10.35 - After Probation


Key activities and responsibilities:



  • You will ensure customers queries are answered with the aim of a first time resolution (whether by telephone, email, web-chat or post)

  • Interaction with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist the team with general and routine administrative tasks and duties e.g. email inbox, intercom



  • The basis of any good business is how well the paperwork is done. You may need to perform a variety of administrative tasks such as dealing with returned post, sending catalogues to enquirers; along with any other reasonable ad hoc requests from the managers



  • KPIs need to be met - you will be made fully aware of your targets and what is expected of you when you begin your role. Support is always available to ensure you are achieving your full potential.

  • Assist the manager to set up operations

  • Assisting with project related finance - processing sales orders, invoices and purchase orders


Essential



  • Excellent Fluency English

  • Good working knowledge of standard IT packages such as Word, Excel and Navision

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, in a professional manner

  • Capable and confident speaking on the phone with Customers and providing customer support

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; able to meet deadlines

  • Able to remain calm and professional under pressure, maintain a positive approach

  • Proactive and able to take initiative
