Customer Service Team Leader

Location: - High Wycombe

Salary: £25k

As the Customer Support Team Leader you will provide effective leadership for the Customer Support team, will be required to oversee the work and quality of the team to ensure that the required standards of performance and member expectations are met.

You will be required, to lead & manage a team of 5 customer support advisers, including planning and prioritising their work activities to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • To ensure that Customer Support Standards are adhered to at all times

  • To ensure processes and systems are in place to manage the workload of the customer support team

  • Promote retention activities with the Customer Support Team

  • Proving general admin support

Personal Qualities

  • Team Leader experience

  • Ability to plan and organise

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience of data management and analysis of reports

  • Be a good team player
