The role of Customer Service Advisor is as follows:

  • Responding to customer queries via email within agreed SLA's

  • Answering calls from customers and taking ownership of queries

  • Dealing with refunds and returns

  • Strong IT and MS Office skills

  • An understanding of Social Media

  • Experience with ZenDesk is highly beneficial

  • Excellent communication skills

  • 100% proficiency in English language, strong spelling and grammar

  • Another language would be ideal, French, German or Chinese
