Location: Outskirts of Bournemouth (initially working from home)

Role: Inbound Customer Service

Pay: £9 per hour

Hours: 39 hours per week

We are delighted to be partnering with a well established business in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to start with them on a temporary basis, with the view to be a permanent employee down the line. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this friendly and down to earth team during a really busy time. You will be set up to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.


  • Confident telephone manner

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Experience in a Customer Service role, with a great understanding of how to provide a quality service

  • Knowledge of telephone and IT systems. Whilst you will have around the clock support, you will be working remotely so will need to have a good understanding of technology
