Customer Service Representative
Salary: £18K-£20K DOE
Location: Exeter

Are you a customer centric individual who is seeking your next challenge?

We would like to hear from you if you have had previous customer service experience, preferably in the telecoms industry. You will be proficient with MS office and have a familiarity working with both business clients and consumers.
Ideally you will be educated to degree level.
* Ensuring customer contact is dealt with in line with the customer service teams KPI's, such as answering telephone calls and emails within expected time constraints.
* Ensuring ownership of customer engagement, communication and complaints, from the first point of contact until resolution
* Using communication to deal with customers and finding the best ways to meet and exceed their expectations across these platforms
* Delivering a first-class customer experience
* Work in close collaboration with the Marketing Team, in order to support their activities.

This role will operate in a shift pattern, to include some Saturdays.
