JOB TITLE: Customer Service/ Complaint Handler

LOCATION: Dartford

HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:30am- 4:30pm

BENEFITS: 25 days + bank holiday, Free parking, Progression opportunities, 4:30pm finish

SALARY: £22,000

We're teaming up with the Customer Manager to find a Customer Service/ Complaint Handler to join a UK leading business.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Handling customer complaints via phone/ email/ social media

  • Assisting members of the public with queries

  • Responding to email enquiries

  • Escalating jobs and transferring queries to correct contacts

  • Logging jobs on to the system

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

  • Experience within Utilities sector highly beneficial

  • Resilient, calm and collected

  • Previous customer service/ complaint handling responsibility

  • A love for being busy and dealing with queries
