We are currently seeking a confident and professional Customer Service Advisor to join a rewarding housing association based in Eastleigh, who are looking for individuals whose key focus is to provide high touch customer service.

Daily responsibilities will include responding to customer enquiries through telephone, email, social media and web chat. You will also be required to note all of the details of the call onto the in-house system, provide advice to clients and deal with complaints.

We are looking for someone who is highly driven, resilient, has a professional telephone manner and previous background within a call centre, retail or reception based role. Excellent organisation skills and being able to work well within a team is key for this role.
