Customer Service Advisor

Manchester City Centre

£18,000 per annum

Hours between 8am and midnight Monday - Sunday (taxis will be provided home when working late nights)

25 days holiday

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a growing, dynamic company in Manchester City Centre. This role would suit anyone from a retail background who is looking for a move into office based work.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with calls, emails and live chat from customers

  • Updating internal systems

  • Processing refunds

  • Escalate where required

  • Make outbound calls when required

  • Assisting other members of the team if required

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong IT skills

  • Ability to work efficiently and under pressure at times

  • Proactive nature and initiative

  • Bubbly, outgoing and friendly personality

  • Flexible with regards to working hours
