Office Angels are currently seeking a confident and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a leading Facilities Services company based in Winchester for 3 months. There is free parking on site and we are looking for someone to start immediately, who has previous customer service experience and is able to work well under pressure.

Key duties in this role will include:

  • Liaising and providing feedback to customers on the progress of jobs outstanding

  • Liaising with external contractors

  • Initial handling and logging of client requests via telephone or email

  • Relaying instructions to engineers and collating details of works in progress

  • Updating and maintaining records and ensuring all required documents are completed on the in-house system

  • Maintaining job processing categories

  • Raising purchase orders

  • Data entry

Experience required:

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

  • Experience within a similar customer service-based role

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Able to use their own initiative
