Customer Service Advisor - German Speaker - total 20 hours per week - London Bridge - Assessment date Thursday 16th January 2020 - Start date Monday 20th January 2020

You must speak and write fluent German AND English to be considered for this role.

Pay rate: £10.89ph | Must be available to interview and start ASAP

Shift Pattern: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 15:00 -19:00 + EVERY Saturday between 10:00-19:00

A key client of ours is looking for German speaking Customer Service Advisors to come on board and work with their successful and exciting German team. You will use your personable skills and customer service experience to support the customers and deal with enquiries over the phone, email and live web chat. Training will be provided on the client, systems and general skill sets to get you up and running!

Key activities and responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming enquiries from customers

  • Interaction with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist the team with general and routine administrative tasks and duties e.g. email inbox, intercom

  • Assist the manager to set up operations in Germany

  • Responsible for keeping project administration notes in a CRM system up to date and logging issues. This will involve raising tickets and ensuring the successful close out of all customer issues

  • Assisting with project related finance - processing sales orders, invoices and purchase orders


  • Excellent Fluency in German and English

  • Good working knowledge of standard IT packages such as Word, Excel and Navision.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, in a professional manner.

  • Capable and confident speaking on the phone with Customers in Germany and providing customer support.

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; able to meet deadlines

  • Able to remain calm and professional under pressure, maintain a positive approach.

  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
