ROLE: Customer service Administrator

LOCATION: Aldershot

SALARY: £18,000pa

WORKING HOURS: Mon-Fri 8.30 - 17.30

We want to hear from you if you…

  • Are service focused and have exceptional interpersonal and phone skills

  • Can communicated with others - Communication is a must!

  • Have some customer service administration experience

  • Are committed and have a strong work ethic

On a daily basis you will be:

  • Processing customer orders

  • Issuing quotes to distributors

  • Preparing orders

  • Sending confirmations

  • Liaising with courier companies

  • Multitasking between the 3 different brands under the umbrella company

  • Having a positive mindset and staying on top of a busy workload
