THE ROLE


This is a very busy role, keeping on top of your workload and managing your time effectively.


Responding to the company emails within set timescales, ensuring customer are kept up to date and relevant information is given.


Once confirmed, you must also complete the customer set up process to include credit checks and contact details.


Using the bespoke CRM system to book appointments and ensure all relevant administration is uploaded against the correct customer.


Using your problem solving ability to resolve difficult queries or any issues that arise.



YOU


Working with customers across a variety of different sectors you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to share information in a clear and concise manner and offer a personable and friendly service.


If you work better under pressure this role is for you! This is a busy and thriving office and the person that joins the team will benefit from working with an enthusiastic and service driven team.


Multi-tasking is an absolute must in this role, whilst remaining calm and professional.
