Customer Account Executive

Tunbridge Wells

25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays - Pension, Health Insurance, Life insurance

Monday - Friday office hours including an early finish on a Friday

Basic salary of £17,751 per annum

On Target Earnings of £30,000+ - realistic and achieved by previously placed candidates

Realistic commission on your first year can exceed £14,000 on top of your basic salary

Additional bonus based on company performance - last year everyone received £6000

2 year contract


This Tunbridge Wells based company are expanding! Due to continued success and a fantastic reputation in their industry they are now seeking a new member of their 'Renewals' Team. Being industry experts you will be joining a team of people who give excellent training which is tailored to your learning style and a huge amount of support along the way. This is a busy, upbeat and team orientated company with the emphasis on Customer Service and manging clients' expectations s in a professional and first-class manner. The bonus is 'team based' on targets being met; which shows the importance of being a motivated team player.


They deal with over 12,000 organisations across the UK so this role is varied and interesting. Certainly an opportunity to speak to a wide variety of clients.

Working in a bright and modern open plan office you will be managing your own clients discussing their requirements and business use and putting together a quote that best suits their needs. (Full training required). The product is something these businesses already have however it needs updating on an annual basis/subscription therefore you will be responsible for discussing any changes in their requirements.

You will have access to tools and management information resources available to understand the client's use on this particular product and to assist them with adding, or reducing their cover as appropriate.

You will be given a small number of allocated clients to start with as you train, and this will build over your first 3-6months, then as you are more established, this will increase from 6-12months as you become an integral team member.


Natural communicators! Someone who is professional and enjoys building relationships and over time managing their own pipeline of clients.

Someone who is target driven and needs a goal to work towards. If you like visual inspiration, celebration of success and recognition, this role offers just that!

Not afraid of picking up the phone, guiding clients and listening carefully. So excellent Customer Service/Client Relationship / Account Management / Sales / Retail Sales would be desirable.

Someone who loves to learn and do well, to absorb as much of the training as possible and is keen to develop their career.
