JOB ROLE: Customer Service Coordinator
JOB TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 09:00am- 5:00pm Monday - Friday
SALARY: £24,100 per annum
LOCATION: Northampton

KEY DUTIES:
� To answer and log Customer breakdowns and defects on the operating system, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
� Prioritise, allocate and distribute work to the Engineers to ensure job completion within agreed Customer Service Level Agreements, ensuring all customers are communicated to.
� Organise schedules, adjusting visit frequency where necessary.
� Prepare quotations.
� Organise work schedules and ordering parts where required.
� Liaise with other departments to ensure work completed in a timely manner.
� Manage and distribute work to sub-contractors where relevant.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
* Ability to multi-task efficiently is a requirement.
* Good communication skills are essential.
* Experience of dealing with customers and providing excellent customer service is essential.
