πŸ• Working Pattern: Permanent, 8.45am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday


πŸ’° Salary: Up to Β£29,000 per year


🎯 Key Responsibilities:


- Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders with attention to detail and customer requirements.


- Exceptional Service: Provide professional and effective communication with customers, maintaining positive relationships from order placement to delivery.


- Shipment Coordination: Work closely with production, logistics, and sales departments to track orders, arrange transport, and ensure on-time delivery.


- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation, including pricing lists.


- Support & Solutions: Assist the sales team by providing requested information and promptly resolving customer issues or escalating when necessary.


- Administrative Duties: Handle telephone inquiries, support the accounts team with invoice queries, and complete ad hoc tasks as required.


- Problem Solving: Identify challenges, seek resolutions, and leverage available resources to achieve goals.
